1. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, uploading materials, purchasing a package, approving a proposal, or working with Look Branded Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
“Look Branded Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the studio providing website, document, template, and brand-consistency services. “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or business requesting or purchasing services.
2. Services we provide
Look Branded Studio offers practical brand-consistency services for small businesses, including one-page websites, multi-page websites, branded documents, flyers, PDFs, business cards, email signatures, forms, Canva templates, marketing templates, and mini brand guides.
Each package includes only the items specifically listed on the website, checkout page, proposal, or written project confirmation. Anything outside that scope may require an additional quote or add-on approval.
3. Payments, checkout, and project start
Smaller packages may require payment in full before work begins. Larger or more custom projects may be split into a start payment and a final payment, depending on the project terms.
Payment reserves your project and allows work to begin after we receive the materials needed to start. Typical first-view timing is generally 1–2 weeks after payment and receipt of required project materials, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
Final editable files, website transfer, website launch, domain connection, or final delivery may be held until all required payments are complete.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Because design, strategy, setup, and template work are time-based services, payments may become non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel before work begins, we may offer a refund minus payment processing fees or other costs already incurred.
If a project is inactive because required client materials, approvals, or feedback are not provided, we may pause the project. Restarting a paused project may require rescheduling or an additional fee.
5. Client materials and responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, images, copy, links, documents, brand notes, and other materials needed for your project. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you upload or send to us.
Please do not upload sensitive personal information, financial account details, medical information, passwords, private customer lists, or materials you do not have permission to use.
6. Revisions and approvals
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed for that package. Revision rounds are intended for reasonable changes to the agreed project scope, not a completely new direction, new package, or additional deliverables.
Additional revisions, new pages, new documents, rewritten copy, extra templates, or major scope changes may be billed separately.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the materials you provide, including your business name, existing logo, photos, copy, and documents.
After full payment is received, you may use the final delivered website design, documents, graphics, and templates for your own business purposes. We may retain ownership of pre-existing methods, internal systems, design frameworks, starter templates, code snippets, processes, and reusable elements used to create the work.
Third-party fonts, stock images, Canva elements, website tools, plugins, domains, hosting, and software may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
8. Portfolio use
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may display finished work, screenshots, mockups, or before-and-after examples in our portfolio, marketing, website, or social media. We will not intentionally publish private project information that is not already public.
9. Third-party platforms and tools
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms such as website hosting, Netlify, domain registrars, payment processors, Canva, Google services, email providers, form tools, analytics tools, or other software. We are not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, account restrictions, terms, or platform decisions.
You are responsible for ongoing third-party costs unless a written agreement says otherwise.
10. No guaranteed business results
We design and organize websites, documents, and templates to help your business look more professional and consistent. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, search rankings, revenue, or business outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Look Branded Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold Look Branded Studio harmless from claims, losses, or expenses that arise from materials you provide, your misuse of the work, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Arizona, unless another law is required to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
